Balanced Collet Nut

Collet Nut will fit most of the Phantom CNC Machines.

Installation

	

	1. Insert the slot of the spring chuck into the eccentric circle position of the nut. Push the collet in the direction indicated by the arrow until you hear a click, indicating that the collet has been installed in place. 



	2. Then install the spring chuck with the cutter, be sure to install the cutter in place. 



	3. Install the nut on the handle and then tighten it with a wrench. (It is recommended to use a torque wrench to tighten the nut) 

	

	Disassemble 



	After unscrewing the nut from the tool holder, pull out the tool, push in from the front of the collet and at the same time press down against the bottom of the eccentric circle, push the collet diagonally until the collet and nut disassemble open.
