When standard configurations are not enough, a customized CNC solution can make the difference. ANBEN recently completed a custom-built vertical CNC router designed around the specific production requirements of a customer in Israel.

The machine features a tool magazine positioned directly under the gantry, providing a more efficient tool-changing process. This optimized configuration allows faster tool changes, helping reduce non-cutting time and keep machining operations running smoothly.

The vertical design also provides a practical solution for processing large panels while making better use of workshop space. Every configuration was carefully selected and assembled according to the customer’s requirements.

Before delivery, the machine underwent complete testing and final inspection at the ANBEN factory. Key functions, machining performance, tool changing, and overall machine operation were carefully checked to ensure stable and reliable performance.

Now fully tested and ready for shipment, this customized ANBEN vertical CNC router is on its way to Israel, bringing a more efficient and flexible machining solution to the customer’s production.
